1. Who we are

MH Home appliance provides home appliance repair in Mumbai for washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, dryers and dishwashers.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we agree a visit time with you by phone or WhatsApp. Visit times are estimates and may change because of traffic, weather or earlier jobs; we will tell you if we are running late.

3. Inspection and estimates

The technician inspects the appliance and explains the fault and estimated cost before starting. Any visit or inspection charge is told to you when you book. No repair or part replacement is carried out without your approval.

4. Parts

Replacement parts may be brand parts or compatible parts, depending on availability. The technician will tell you which before fitting. Replaced parts can be handed to you on request.

5. Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete, unless agreed otherwise. You will receive a bill listing the work and parts.

6. Cover on repairs

Any cover we offer on parts or labour, and its duration, will be written on your bill. Nothing on this website is a promise of cover. Cover applies only to the specific repair done, not to unrelated faults, physical damage, or damage from voltage fluctuation or outside tampering.

8. Access and safety

Please provide safe access to the appliance, including space to move it a little if needed. The technician may decline work that cannot be done safely.

9. Cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a technician has already travelled to you, a visit charge may apply; this will be told to you when you book.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care on every job. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for existing defects, faults unrelated to our work, or losses beyond the value of the service provided.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts having jurisdiction over Mumbai will handle any dispute.
