Many front load problems start with the drain filter at the bottom front of the machine. Coins, hair clips and lint collect there and stop the machine from draining or spinning. The technician cleans it and checks the pump before moving on to other parts.
The rubber door gasket also traps water and detergent, which can cause smells, mould and small leaks. We clean or replace the gasket where needed.
