UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM
Let's get your microwave oven
working again.
Common microwave problems include no heating, sparking inside the cavity, a turntable that stops rotating, door switches that stop the oven from starting, and touch panels that stop responding. Many of these are caused by a single failed part such as a fuse, door switch, diode or turntable motor.
Microwave ovens contain high-voltage parts that stay charged even after unplugging, so please don’t open the outer cover yourself. Our technician handles these parts safely.
